Oh, I don't dispute that religion has been a huge factor in our history, and that you can point to a lot of things created for and by religious people. But, look closely at what you said "in the name of Religion." Spirituality may be a motive, but you can't give the motive credit. When it comes down to it, science produces information. Religion produces nothing. Perform experiments using the SM and you will discover things. Pray, and nothing happens.

This is brilliant. Why have you stopped making videos?

when you repent you must prove you have changed you ways through good deeds, the prayer on your death bed may not work considering this.
jesus is the only way to heaven but that is him knowing you and not by being gifted in the wisdom of him. sin is : your a fish in a fish tank that has been soiled with dirt or poop we are all dirty sinners and it can kill you (hell) but god can remove you from your tank and place you in a clay pot this means he can remove hate or lust from your body. be cleen=)

@soulkiss1001 (Contnued again) Time/money donated out of orders (parental rules and/or court orders) don't count. Only time and money you have donated out of your own kindness.

@soulkiss1001 (Continued from previous page)
A challenge:
1. How many hours of charitabe work have you done in your life? (Helping a church or a group of people of only one religion doesnt count).
2. How much money have you given to charity in your life (Donating to a church or a group of people of only one religion doesnt count).
3. What is your age.
4. How much do you make a year?
5. What is your occupation.
Answer and compare notes with others. (MORE PEOPLE ANSWER THIS PLEASE)

@soulkiss1001 >I guarantee you Binary donates to charitable organisations.< Fun fact: atheists generally donate more of their income to charity and do more charitable things (or at least without bias) than Christians. The Islamic equivalent to the Ten Commandents has CHARITY as one things you MUST do to be considered a follower of their god. It's in the top five important things for Muslims to do. It's not even in the top 50 for Christians. Problem? (Continued on next page)

@soulkiss1001 1. If you donate to a Christian Charity group, you arent doing as much good as donating to a non-reigiious charity group. Non-religious charity groups give to the needy, and dont pay churches or bishops (WHO RAPE CHILDREN AND START WARS AND TRY TO BAN CONTACEPRIVES).
2. GOD DOESNT EXIST.
3. Amessage to ppl that tell other to go ask x prson or site about what they believe: YOU ARE A FUCKING TOOL IF YOU ASK PEOPLE WHAT TO BELIEVE INSTEAD OF MAKING YOUR OWN CHOICES.

@PalulukanMakto greedy people punish themselves not yieding to the boundries god sets so that people can have as much joy grace mercy faith hope and love as they can, what are you typing 90 percent about everything belongs to god you are just a steward of his money.log on to equip.org scroll down to search type in your doubts let hank hanagraaff answer your doubts

@soulkiss1001 If god punishes the greedy people, they why am I worse off than you? You're the one who wants eternal bliss and fluffy clouds and light blah blah blah. I'm fine with giving up most of my income to chartiy (thats about 90%, asshole) and getting to die and have the lights out. Thats enough for me (not that it owould matter if I wanted more, thats what we have to look forward too... that's reality). I've got a computer and a house and a Wii andfood - I feel god giving. No need formore
Your other videos are good, this video is not. You of all people should know that situations mold everyone into the people they are, acting like good deeds get you something puts hard working assholes in heaven and is unfair to people that have been put in horrible situations by neglect. Now I don't believe in anything but this video isn't going to convince christians. However I give you alot of credit on your other vids. k bye.

@apolllos7 I am a determinist, so I do agree with what you're saying, but really when you apply determinism to human psychology, it very quickly smothers the discussion. To have discussions like this (without having to litigate free will), I kind of have to play in their sandbox and at least argue from the standpoint that people choose who they are. Nothing I say is going to convince people who've made up their minds; my vids are for people who still seek truth. Thanks for the comment.

Describing the Christian concept of grace like a "get out of jail free" card is absurd. Salvation begins with regeneration and justification, and is followed by a long life of sanctification through which one "improves" through the power of the Holy Spirit. Hypothetically, someone can get "saved" five minutes before they die.... God does what God wants. But "grace" is hardly a two-minute prayer and then a wild life of comfortable abandonment.
And my church feeds the hungry with my money.
novabtpack 1 year ago
@novabtpack There are Christians who would disagree with you. Argue with them, please.
I'm glad that your church feeds the hungry. But I bet it also spends a lot of money on itself, and the people who "work" there.

@binaryspider 90 percent of all the money in the basket goes to holding up the acual building.
VtLute 1 year ago
@VtLute, I think it is hard to make that assertion, considering that the amount of money donated varies from church to church. Benny Hinn, for instance makes much more money than is required to maintain any building (which I'm not entirely sure that he actually owns). Either way, I don't but that 90% number, certainly not in all cases.
