Al Sharpton in the audience, who's giving Biden a nasty look.

I don't see why it's so hard to use a condom or to NOT have sex. I am a black woman (and child free), and I refuse to have sex right now. The rates keep getting higher among blacks, others blacks just won't listen and be safe. If it isn't an AIDS problem with these guys, then it's the abandonment of out of wedlock children. CONTROL YOURSELVES or USE CONDOMS. It's that simple.

I have to say what Biden said is bs. If you live in the Black community all you hear is Black people are the number 1 victim of this disease or that disease. We hear it are schools, churches, local radio stations, and TV shows. For Black people to be a minority as well as having the most education on HIV/Aids annually, while being the majority of all HIV/AIDS cases all along with every other illness is just maddening. People are purposely infecting Black People, and i don't mean sexually.

African Americans must take themselves out of the high risk factor by changing up the circmstances. Its okay to wait because life was not meant for sex death. Everyone has a mission in life and sexual gratification has been spured most likely by environment, life style choices, alcoholism, peer pressure and outside influences like modeling oneself after idols even if its is rap and hip hop artist. Believe or not most people are doing what you think they are doing so you don't either.

Stop having sex for a year or two condoms don't work. Its a task having to go back and forth after every experience with use of condoms to make sure you didn't get something. Just stop all together give yourself a break. Things will change in the area of the mind. You'll be able to get alot done without involving yourself in a 15 min trial of immediate gradification. That's why there are magazine, sex movies and shops for pleasure toys until the right partner comes for long-term relationships.
