  • Okay I can imagine the spring action legs can easily split in seconds.. but I I don't understand how attaching your camera to the platform by screwing it in every time can be convenient or quick enough to catch a humming bird that hovers for just a few seconds. Screwing the camera in and out every time? They should design a release switch.

  • Those things where the legs are made of... I use them in my tent.

    In my tent its used to be flexible and sturdy...

    You want your tripod only to be sturdy (thats the whole deal!)

    Also...

    Your perspective will always be fro a child's point of view, cause you cant set the legs height...
