Where’s the hope & change that was promised to Americans in 08, when then candidate Obama was campaigning for the Presidency? Hope has dissolved, along with change. Over the course of Obama’s term as President, we have seen unemployment at an all time high, & the Gov continues to spend above & beyond limits. Ca is broke, raising taxes. Letting thousands of criminals out of Prison because lack of $. Freeways with pot holes bigger than basketballs . & still giving Welfare to illegals.

I don't think that it is that people don't care. It is that the average (working) american feels beat down and doesn't know what to do. We are taxed constantly and see our money wasted.

I agree with the slavery 2.0 part. We as a people have been placed in overwhelming debt. When you are in that kind of debt you are controlled and no longer free.

Wiki both TARP and Presidency of Barack Obama. In the first 100 days of his administration, Obama saw pass a prohibition against firms receiving TARP funds from paying bonuses to their 25 highest-paid employees. This was passed IN RESPONSE to their gold-plated toilets coming to light.

Obama also fired GM's CEO for mismanagement. He did bail out the company because supposedly so many investments rested in it that the economy would sink farther if it went under.

Bush's bank bailout? Obama bailed out the banks, just like he bailed out GM and Lehman Bros. Next he wants to pump more money into medicare. So it's Bush's fault they need $35,000 toilets to shit in?
