-
OH YEAH! i tipped it to 7 dislikes!

$35.000, what the hell. I paid almost $40,000 for my CVO Ultra,and love it!

@astaschak I have similar motorcycling background as you. My last street bikes were a '02 Honda Cub, '06 Bandit 1200, '08 CBR600RR and '09 ZX-10R. My '11 Harley cost me substantially more. :)

@1stGoRide thanks, all of what i said is merely my humble opinion, I think its too expensive but i don't like having all of those gadgets and such, i am more geared towards crotch rockets like the gsxr line or ninja's or older street bikes like Honda's 70's CB four cylinders . Pricing for my kind of bikes from what ive looked at hovers from 6-12 grand. but anyways thanks again for answering my question ( :

@astaschak 1. I would not say 'too expensive for a(ny) motorcycle'. It is, however, too expensive for what that particular motorcycle is.
2. That is your perspective, which is not shared with the buyers these bikes are intended for.
3. Custom Vehicle Operations. Erroneous, since 'Custom' is, by definition, modified by somebody else other than the factory.

@DucatiS2R1000S As a current HD rider and of a recently sold 09 ZX-10R and KTM 250SX, I have to agree that the CVOs are grossly overpriced, some for more than $10.000. They are great machines, though.
-
@UltraSWG That is the point. It says 'Ultra Classic' on it as a hint.
-
@theyellowfury k thanks ( :
The cool thing about a Harley, is you can buy a $6000 1989 Ultra Classic and it looks pretty much the same as a $25,000 2011 model.
