How delightful, nothing like it.

Yes, you never get a great cup of tea from tea bags though. When the leaves are broken up into tiny fragments much of the oil in the leaves that flavours the tea evapourates.
It's much better to use loose tea leaves and a strainer.

BEAUTIFUL! How wonderful to be able to visit such exquisite private gardens! Thank you for the cuppa! :-)

Not many people know this, but the tea bag was actually invented by an American in the USA. Naturally tea itself comes from the Chinese, yet the English are the world's biggest tea drinkers per capita.

or.... we could have a "candlelight supper" in the solarium, amid the neatly potted plants, each with their names on lily white cards inscribed in both English and Latin... just in case the Romans attack again.
Goodness, where did that come from???

It was an idyllic day - that's Wyllie of artist partnership Wyllie O Hagan. We visit gardens for inspiration and we find it much more fun than going to a gallery....
More tea?

I have had all I can stand of this stuff!
Tell Lucy I'm moving in and I'm a dog cuddler, but will take the floor if need be.
BTW, over here, in the deep South, that is pronounced "Mo-Tea?"
Be well you guys
