They don't include camera settings but if you look at the sample cards at the blog:
weeklyphototips.blogspot.com/2009/05/review-of-strobist-lighting-cards.html
You'll see the diagram gives you the exact placement of lights, camera, reflectors, and subject.
Camera settings would be hard (I think) because camera brands respond differently to settings and if your lights did not match exactly (power wise) the settings would not be applicable.
These are great cards.

Question, Does the card show camera setting? Such as shutter speeds, f-stop, ISO, EV+/-, WB setting, and etc?
