*** About the Walk For Liberty

What are you willing to do for freedom?

Vote? Protest? Participate in a rally? Walk all the way across the country?

We are.

This summer, a group of activists will be walking across America to achieve more freedom and liberty.

Our pioneer forefathers trekked across the continent from the east to the west to find a better life for themselves. This time, we're doing it in reverse.

I am walking coast-to-coast across the country, from Oregon to New Hampshire. I am joined by my immediate family as well. We're on a quest to gain more freedom for ourselves and for our country by spreading the message of freedom and liberty along the way.

Why are we doing this?

We see the gradual chipping away at freedoms in America, and want to do our part to stop it. My wife and I are moving to New Hampshire as part of the Free State Project. New Hampshire is already the freest state in the country, which is why we are moving there. But we also want to help bring more freedom to as many other people as possible.

Therefore we are walking across America to get to New Hampshire. We are walking all the way there to bring as much media attention and publicity as possible to two liberty-oriented causes: the Free State Project, which is working to make New Hampshire even more free, and Ron Paul's message of freedom for everyone. • I'm afraid no news is bad news. What's going on with the Subaru? I guess I'm anxious for news because I know you guys are struggling with it. Let us know what's up... maybe someone watching your videos has the resources to help.

Is this giving you more time to get media coverage in Montana?

  • Sorry I didn't do a video for a couple days! The car is OK now. There will be another video going up this morning which was from yesterday.

We did make some media efforts yesterday...you'll see in the video. :)

  • SWEET!! I've been worried... a broken crankshaft is like a broken spine. I'm glad yours wasn't crippling.

  • Really cool sculpture! That's a real bummer about the Subaru, I was afraid the keyway in the crankshaft might be damaged. :( Maybe the plumber will have pity on me this week and leave me a little more cash to donate.

  • before you spend any more money, force the key into the shaft with a c-clamp. Tap the pulley on with a plastic mallot, tighten the bolt tight, and it will get you to NH.... You may need to clean (file) the groove a little on the shaft (not too much, you want it tight) and you may need to do the same to the pulley. What's the worse that could happen. It won't put you in any worse shape than you're in now. I'll still donate though.

  • Donation made. I hope your estimate is correct. It sounds very optimistic. May your morale and your funds be uplifted!

  • Show us more of those old cars!

  • THX for everything! Good video too!
