Sofia is charming even with its communist architecture, think about the building of the National Assembly-народното събрание - it is communist building, but it is beautiful.

Probably the award for the most developed city of the Balkans should not be given so lightheardedly, considering Istambul and Athens and such. Nevertheless, Sofia is marvelous ol' hood (when it doesn't come to communist architecture, with which, I think, none could disagree).

Sofia has a spirit of its own. No use to compare and talk bullshit ;) And fuck ya all that say something shitty about Sofia or Bulgaria!

well actually in WW2 we were bombed and little Vienna was destroyed, then the communists further destroyed little Vienna when they built ugly communist blocs in place of the ruins.
