Nurburgring - Nismo 270R vs MR2 Turbo

Split screen footage between a Nismo 270R and a Toyota MR2 GT-S on a lap around the Nordschleife during a touristenfahrten session, Sunday 1st May 2011.

Given this was each driver's fourth lap, both cars were being a little conservative rather than sprinting for a good time, and the MR2 was hanging behind the Nismo deliberately for half the lap.

Both cars too conservative, but then again with the amt of traffic out there, not a good idea to be pushing them to their limits.

@iceman763 Given it was only our second trip and neither of us fancied going home on a flatbed truck, we weren't completely flat out. Much learning to do before we're on the limit ;)

You should make a walk around video of the 270R and its engine bay and interior

@famouskrew12 The Nismo isn't mine but is currently in storage at an undisclosed location while the owner is working abroad. Might be able to twist his arm when you gets back though...

@FlammeHead I presume you've taken your pride-and-joy (which in itself is a limited edition with less than 50 examples remaining worldwide) to the 'ring and posted a faster time then? Or have you just fluked a faster lap on Forza / GT5 and decided that means anyone slower in real life than you were in a computer game must be incompetent...
