My dwarf hamster ate a grasshopper

sooo NASTY! we caught a grasshopper in a jar and due to the annoyance of living with guys... we found out that my not-so-innocent hamster would eat it...! didnt even know hamsters ate insects! eww....

I feel bad for the grasshopper. I try to live the buddhist way of respecting all life and it is good to let insects live a long life as possible
When I come across a spider in my house I either just let it stay or if it looks scary then I take it outside so that it is no longer in my home
