There is also something called stupidity. It is where you believe without question what other people have told you to believe. Believing in religion with its invisible God(s) is like believing in Santa Claus. Faith is an excuse to believe in the ridiculous. Read any book on atheism and it will make more sense than anything you will ever read in the bible.

You are asking that "religion" be given a pass when we are talking "critical thinking." Well, too many are still dying because of differences in "faith." Even our Moslems can't decide whether Allah is a Sonnie or a Shy-yte so they kill each other.
