The hindi in this movie is actually reflective of the deccan dialect. This dialect of Hindi is shared in some form or another by the people of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The words Nakko, Hao, Kaiku, Mereku etc are shared by these states. I am from Hyderabad and when we speak with people in Telengana region of Andhra this is the accent we adopt. It depends on the vocal inflections.
