  • dude ball pythons in the wild eat anything from gerbils to birds. wtf is wrong with feeding your snake with variety i think its a damn good idea

  • it's nature , believe it or not! you eat pigs, sheep and cows! on that same logic we would be murderers for something as simple as fulfilling our primal instinct for sustenance. snakes have to eat, shithead.

  • @joshstarliper So what if you get bit? You're not going to die.. it will just hurt. And if you owned a ball python, you would know most of them calm down as soon as you pick them up.

  • Why is everyone so sensitive? It's a bird...

  • PETA can suck my nuts

  • I dont get it. Whats wrong with people. When that snke gets fed everytime in that cage, it gets accustome to that lid opnig up and food getting placed in. Whats happens when the snake confusses your hand with a prey item. Whos fault is gonna be. THE DUMB ASS OWNER.

  • @IamDaReAlSeaN You're null and void you despicable stupid moron. Your whole statement was one a retard would retort to my original argument. Go to hell you animal abusing son of a bitch basturd.

  • @JayGolas We humans are not natural predators of mice and birds, yet we kill them all the time, and not for sustenance, but because they are pests. We snare them in traps which they often die long, painful deaths in. On the other hand, a snake needs to eat, and snakes have a genuine reason to kill, and evolution has given them the tools to do that, even if some consider the method cruel. You do not understand nature, so your self-righteous, misguided and uninformed statement is null and void.

  • @JayGolas

If you pre-kill the snake's quarry, then the same misinformed, self-hating idiots would still be calling you a monster. In fact, I think it would be worse, because you're depriving the snake of it's primal instinct to kill. An animal has no religious/philosophical beliefs that can put it on par with a human, so cut the bullshit. This would be no different in the wild, and with a non fully domesticated pet like a snake, it's best to give it as realistic a life as possible in captivity.

  • @IamDaReAlSeaN Good morning, I do have a issue with putting a live prey animal in a confined space with a natual predator. Now if you humanely pre-kill the rat or rabbit or bird or whatever and then feed your snake, then I have no problems. Was it right for the Romans to put live Christians on field with hungry tigers and lions? You endorsing getting a snake and make a spectator sport-killing out of the feeding event, well you have bigger issues/problems than I do.

  • @JayGolas

How is it sadistic to bear witness to nature at work? Think of the amount of cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, wild animals and unborn babies die, because of the primal instinct of gathering food, excessive eating and of course with abortion because babies are considered inconveniences. On your logic, every carnivore and omnivore is morally unjust in consuming other animals. That's not your decision to make nor your right to spread such uninformed, self-righteous crap.

  • @MrSixghost1996

Well I don't think any birds want to be killed and eaten, but that's the way nature goes. Obviously you have no respect for nature, nor understand it. Snakes can get irritable and unstable if they are not fed in accordance with how they would in the wild, as they are not fully domesticated. I'm sure the cows who die for your burgers and steaks are all too willing to be killed and grilled. You may call this man sick, whatever helps you sleep at night, but this is nature at work.
