@IndigoBipolarGemini She killed herself the same way he did. She died before he did and he made his brother get rid of the car. He didn't say then she died he said she died the same way he did.

arnie should of said..."show me the carfox"

yep, the book's back story explained a lot. Once you start to read it you can't put it down. What was more disturbing was the way the book ended with the story that Dennis was reading in the paper from Califorina.....that really blew me away.

Roberts Blossom was the *perfect* casting choice for this character! The only thing I really wish was that they'd kept the full backstory intact from the book to the movie; the history of the car and the LeBay family was by far the most interesting element to the story. The movie makes it seem like the car itself is evil, which isn't a new or original concept at all. But when you read the book, it's clear that it was LeBay, and the evil he did in life, that left a malevolent imprint on the car.

When he says ''Then She died the same way he did, Then I made him get rid of it''
Made ''Who'' get rid of it? His brother died before the wife, Then who is ''He'' O_o

I think the movie got the Lebay's mixed up. In the novel, Roland D. LeBay (or Rollie for short) owned the Fury and he sold it to Arnie. George is Rollie's younger, wiser and kinder brother, whereas Rollie hated everyone and everything (even Will Darnell couldn't stand him), and riled about how the "shitters" screwed with him.
