http://www.footminders.com/ - Common types of foot pain such as plantar fasciitis (heel pain), heel spurs, arch pain, ball of foot pain (metatarsalgia), Achilles tendon pain, and others. These are often caused by over-pronation, a lower body imbalance that is the direct result of having flat feet or fallen arches. One of the easiest and most convenient treatments to these conditions are the use of orthotic insoles with firm arch support.

Whether you suffer from over-pronation like 70% of the population, or you have a true flat foot, in both cases your poor walking pattern may contribute to a range of different complaints. As we age, poor aligment of the feet causes very common conditions such as heel pain or knee pain.

Over-pronation has different causes. Obesity, pregnancy, age or repetitive pounding on a hard surface can weaken the arch, leading to over-pronation. Over-pronation is also very common with athletes, especially runners, who most of them nowadays use orthotics inside their shoes.

  • my heel pain went away after i stopped going barefoot on my carpet at home. i think theres something in the carpet that causes constant pain in my heels.this doesnt happen when im walking on wood floor or tiles.

  • I have that, "overpronation". I never knew what it was called though. It is very uncomfortable and embarassing to look down & see that. I just got knew boots & you can really tell that my foot has this "overpronation". Do I have to see a foot doctor in order to get the insoles or are the insoles available in stores? You may have mentioned it in the video but I think I missed that part.

  • Depending on use, the insoles can last between 8 months to a year if you use them frequently. Most people have a couple of pairs for different types of shoes.

  • Hey do they last a long time ?

  • Great video! I purchased these b4 and my foot and back pain went away, thank you very much!
