i love this song and rogue sings it wonderfully
-
they are too different to compare. besides the lyrics, they have nothing in common. im not saying this version is bad or anything, but i dont think you should compare the two.

@Sundermize The Cruxshadows' style of music calls for a lack of vocal tonality. Most (if not all) Gothic bands have this in common.

cruxshadows > t-rex

i think i like this version better simply because the cruxshadows do i style of music i am inlove with

@WINTERBORN6 Echoes and Artifacts was released in 2001 from Dancing Ferret Discs, is not a compilation album- but a full-length studio album by the Cruxshadows which only contains a 2:11 ratio of cover songs.
For those of you who say this version is not as good as T.Rex's version is a matter of opinion. Rogue had created it to fit his style of musicianship and pays homage to the late, great glam band T. Rex.

i listen to this song all the time when i get ready for a gothic themed thing from school to the mall to a dance to a club xD
where is this album from? i do not see it listed on Cruxshadows website and have been unable to find this song but it is excellent! the closest I have found vocal and musical is by sapphire rebellion?
