Ok I got a question, I beat the game and I want to play it on impossible mode WITH the military suit that I unlocked, HOW can I play the impossible mode game WITH the military suit because when I loaded up the "Game Complete" save it still has me playing on Normal Difficulty. Wtf. any help here?

You can only do a Round 2 game (and get the bonuses that come with it) on the same difficulty you beat it on.

There is a glitch for starting a new game with the level 5 or Military suit after beating the game on another file, but not everyone can get it to work properly. I believe they detail how to do it on GameFAQs.

i'm assuming they're a lot harder to kill in impossible mode but what else makes it harder? u lose health quicker? i beat the game (on easy mode, first time) and it said impossible mode unlocked but i dont see it anywhere. i wanna try it. so what do i do to play on impossible mode? beat it on hard mode? i'm obviously new to DS. didnt get a ps3 till a few weeks ago

If you don't see Impossible Mode and you've beaten the game, load the clear file you made, quit to the main menu, and try to start a new game again; Impossible Mode should be there now.

Flamethrower and Contact Beam are by far the worst guns in the game.

@Wolfwood824 i got the impossible mode figured out. but i could swear i saw some youtuber with a chapter select screen. too bad DS doesn't have that. i suppose i can beat the game again and i'll save chapters on their own save. i'd be more than happy to beat it again. that's what he said

There is no chapter select screen, even if you start a Round 2 game. If you want to start a specific Chapter any time you want, you'll have to keep a save for each Chapter (that might have been what you were looking at).

@9fears26 ok. now how do i get to the chapter select screen? lol. lately i've played thru the missions on the difficulty i beat it on (which is easy... first-time player) and i got fully upgraded plasma cutter and pulse rifle. military suit. fully upgraded line gun i think too. fully upgraded contact beam, and now for the flamethrower then the ripper. i'll beat the game again if i have to, to upgrade them lol. again, how do i get to the chapter select screen? i've seen it before in someone's vid

@UncleBacon86 Well impossible, yes you die faster. And when they grab you, it goes down really freakin fast.
