Daimler Videocast: Noise under control

Noise under control - Continuous acoustic monitoring at the Mercedes-Benz car production plant in Sindelfingen: Over 35,000 workers, working in three shifts produce around 400,000 cars per year this means a lot of noise in the surrounding residential area. But not so in Sindelfingen. All is quiet around the Mercedes-Benz plant. In order that the residential area around the Sindelfingen location is not disturbed by noise, Daimler has taken innovative noise reduction steps. Thanks to continuous acoustic monitoring on the factory grounds noise emissions are always under control.
