  • When my rotator aches I put a strap around my bicep and I am able to exercise,

    I don't wear it all the time only when I feel unusual pain. the strap is the kind they

    use for knees. I hurt my cuff about five years ago and I thought it was one of those

    injuries I used to get and eventually goes away but this did not but I still work around It. Val

  • thanks, I will look into it. because I improved my cuff but I am not pain free or I get a charlie horse feeling in my rotator cuff when I am exercising.  Val
