He was never the one who posted it, and if you'd followed that link that the other user so kindly posted you'd know that. It was posted by peers at his school who found it, and he was never able to get it removed despite going to court. Once something is on the internet and has gone viral you can't just 'delete it with ease'. He was tormented for years, to the point where he had to be homeschooled because of this video.
