    I was testing my camera, mostly the audio,so i didn't gave relevance to these (important) details you named. You're right about the aim and the light.

    I use flatwound strings only on my es175, on the 335 i prefer the regular strings. The squeals you hear , well maybe my nails needed a better cut :)

  • Very nice, but a few tips. First, trying aiming the camera so we see more than your pant leg. A shot of the body and fretboard would be great. Second, with the window behind you the light washes out the video. Change your angle or close the drapes/blinds. Third, to reduce squeals try some flatwound strings. they'll give your semihollow that fat jazz tone but they may make your tone too dull for other styles.
