Now, the rest of the world knows why Bakersfield is known as the armpit of Calif! I relocated here in 2001 from Los Angeles, and with a few exceptions, you have never before seen a more pathetic bunch of uneducated, racist, inbred, ignorant, uninformed, hateful hillbillies than the (white) residents of Kern. All claiming to be more "Christian" than the next! But don't worry, they're harmless... parents by 12 and illiterate till death!

3 branches of the government. All who discount the court's decisions do not support the constitution--neither of that of CA, nor of the USA. All officials who say that they do not support the judges' decisions of the supreme court of CA decision, should be forced out of office for not living up to their oath.
