@CristianTejadaU of course you are better than Dream Theater, you say you play bass so you can do everything that Myung do.
I know the old Petrucci is not the same as currently, but if you dont like his music and his solos does not mean he is boring.

@RaphaelSBS do you laugh about my english? ok, ill laugh about your ignorance, i dont know if you play guitar or drum or something, but i have play in a chick corea and a Dream theater tribute band (i have the first 8 cd of DT, and my brain understand very "well" that music) dream is ten time easier than Chick corea.
please check dream in the 90 and compare petrucci 's solos with the last 3 albums, they are boring. now good bye sir, i have better thing to do, happy new year (one day late)

-second: petrucci maybe have a very good technic ( and if you say he have the best technic, oh man, you are SO wrong, how many guitarrist that are "not famous" are better than petrucci) but just check the last 3 albums (including ADTOV) the solos of petrucci are so fucking BORING!
-Third: this guy play jazz, i think is a little much hard that playing progressive (Im bass player and i have play so many style in my life, so i'm sure about that)
