The Speedtest server you use to check is located in the university, so when you check the speed on the same server it's like transferring throught LAN (100Mbit). Try on another server on speedtest, like London..

@Xenios123 Mb/s mean megabit per second, MB/s means megabyte per second, getting the capital letters correct is somewhat crucial in this case.

1 byte contains 8 bits so...

100/8=12,5

so 100Mb/s will get you a down/up speed of 12,5MB/s
