@Hiddos it's a cheat that removes the rain and gives clear sky.

where do you get this spell cause i know where to make it but it was a hassle

@TheVashfan12349 I made it using cheats (mainly to save time). You can enter cheats in the console (opened with ~)
First I entered "player.AddSpell 000A97D2" so I could make a Damage Fatigue spell.
Then I entered "modpcs destruction 100" to add 100 points to my destruction skill.
After that I used "showspellmaking" and made a damage fatigue spell of 100 points, area probably max and duration of 5.
Finally, I entered "tgm" which triggers Godmode, just in case.
