amazing, CNN, FOX, CBS, NBC, even Geraldo made it there but FEMA was still gettin it together...Much like BP with the oil spill, they "started testing new equipment" AFTER THE SPILL in 5,000 feet of water. DUH why didn' t they test the stuff before. Why didn't FEMA stage 200 miles north of New Orleans? You see a pattern ? NO PLANNING BY BIG CO's or our GOVT they are a shell of each other...Bought and paid for!!!
