  • Mark Kermode's review of Jean Luc Godard's Un Film Socialisme brought me here!

  • Orirignally released on {Amercian} Decca 28382 in 1952, as part of Danny's "Hans Chrstian Andersen" album (studio recordings, not the soundtrack). .

  • I think he was talking about the liquor trade LOL...

  • Thanks, but I liked the Pickwick Players/Happy Time version better. This second version, apparently sung by David Niven, had slightly different lyrics and a better story structure. It appears on the record FOUR FAIRY TALES AND OTHER STORIES under the tile "The Emperor's New Clothes."

  • and the little boy said

yuck i see his jimi !

  • I love when Mandy Patinkin does this on Chicago Hope for the group of young sick children...it's in the second season.

This is just simply awesome. Makes me feel like a young'un again!

  • Remember my younger days of listening to this tune... used to be so great those days....!!!
