This is from a population evolved to traverse the rough terrain shown in the video. Its performance is very unreliable, but it reaches a good distance often enough before falling over onto its, er, "back".

From what I've seen, the program produces fairly different creatures every time. But, looking over all the creatures produced so far, there is one body plan that does get repeated (with variations, of course) more often than any other, and it's this worm- or snake-like shape. I guess they're easy to "discover" in the evolution and they perform fairly well. Either that or, once a population settles on this body plan, it's hard to break out of it.
