Hello, I don't think that the last sentence in the chorus is that you wrote, I think they says:
'Belive that the sun will shine tomorrow and that saints and sinners bleed'
In my opinion it makes much more sense, because the song is about believing in the concrete, and so that's why there are people like Princess Diana, Barack Obama, Martin Luther King and disabled playing basket.
That's only my opinion, anyway. Thanks for the video, it helped me to understand other parts of the lyrics.
