  • thanks for this comparison, Adrian! For things like that, I think it would be cool to play the same tune on both, and then during the montage stage, switch between both variables, so that the differences could be compared in a more immediate fashion.

    of course the idea is not mine, so I don't take any credit for it. It has been done before, for example by Dave Marks comparing the same model of 5-string bass in 34" and 35" scale versions, or Ed Friedland comparing new Squiers to old Fenders.
