The children didn't find it cute. Did you see the little girl, when asked which one looked bad, she picked the brown skinned doll, and when she asked which one looked most like her, her smile completely disappeared as she picked the black doll, the "bad doll" again. Watch the full original video. This is something that runs deep. There is this internalized lack of self worth/self-degradation.

I am Italian and when I was a child I had a black baby doll, even if the only blacks I had seen were the Robinsons on TV.

I adored that doll and still it is in the top ten of my childhood memories, so I really do not understand where this shit comes from.

My granddaughter and I we were looking a religious picture of a color man in it,and she said !God is white! She is 6 and black,I asked her who told you that? She respond " I just know" Thanks to the media.....,but I explain her that God have no color.

@adz09ish and we're trying to get rid of racism here? are you reading what you say after you type it? what a horrible thing to say. maybe someone has made horrible assumptions about you because of something you can't control. how did that make you feel? do you want to pass around bad feelings? God loves everybody and wants us to look for the good in others.
