  • I noticed in one of your other videos that you're self taught- toe stands (as in pointe work for ballet) requires strength in the right muscles in your ankles and your core. Just be careful! Certainly a nice attempt though.

  • Thanks for the compliment! I was self taught when I filmed this but I've been taught by a tcrg since January now-this is just me being impatient wanting to learn more complicated steps fast! I am really concetrating on the basics now and ankle strengthening/stomach muscle strengthening exercises :)

  • try and stay straights dont bend your knees and certainly if you have to do toe stands in a dance certainely dont turn around like that
