David Oistrakh sits as concertmaster for this wonderful piece. An earlier recording of his career. Even Oistrakh's wonderful solos aside, this is my favorite recording of Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade.

The style is so much different from what you hear these days. Completely different age of playing. Fascinating.
