  • Son, you MUST supplement protein. If y'all work out you need at LEAST 1 gram per lb of bodyweight, actually 1.5x that. Where there's a will, there's a Whey (protein). Chicken breast, fish. Excellent bicep, traps, no BF isues. Work on triceps (the horseshoes), lats and chest. Dude, I am almost 50 and wellmuscled so it's all up to you. Good luck!

  • Dude...i just joined a gym for the same thing. To improve myself. I'm 40 y/o and have had a flat stomach for 39 years. Now my goal is to reduce bodyfat % So, yeah, i'll watch you improve as i do myself!!!
