This is a PRO-SOLDIER song. Many are dead and many are suffering from psychological effects inherent in war. This song attempts to tell them that no matter how we feel about the war, we are proud of them, they are our heroes!

I'm just twenty and it hasn't been one year since I have seen the war. Young men should not see this, no human deserves it. I am so thankful to all the troops and the brave emergency personal. When I came home to my family they didn't understand, that was the worst.

I am thankful for videos and songs like this. It really helps me to go through this all. Maybe there is peace even for warriors some day.

Wow this song made me cry i was a gunner on a challenger 2 tank with the Scots Dragoon Guards.

I fought in the Iraq war in 2003, And developed PTSD through combat. I was too ashamed to admit that i had PTSD and it damn near killed me.

All im saying is if your not feeling right when you come back home please please go and get help.

PTSD is not a WEAKNESS it is something that will do a better job at killing you than the enemy does.

Of all the vids I've seen the last 20yrs this one comes closest to telling the tale that, the REAL hell starts when you come back when none of the others did, I have no family, no loved ones who would cry or miss me, yet I was the only one who made it home. thank you for this vid an explaining to frogs in a well about the ocean. I got chills and almost cried the pics was a bit to much for me.. As for HR 2640. the only people who can’t own a gun under federal law are those who have "been adjudicated as a mental defective or . been committed to any mental institution. As a disabled vet with PTSD I can own fire arms. The list the VA gave out was those who was committed for mental defect. only u can commit ur self with the VA what did u think would happen when u said Ur nuts.. They have inpatient at the VA for PTSD that's
