I actually thought that was the high point. Unusual for an episode to reveal whodunit at the halfway mark, but that was obviously for the benefit of the guest star. Frank Gorshin was an actor and nightclub impressionist best known as The Riddler on TV's "Batman" (1966). I thought they gave him a good scene that built to a good climax and that he played it well - a lot of nuances, a nice build in intensity, and his reverting to imitations is a bit creepy. Should been considered for the Emmy.
Where are the other parts?

Yes, that nut was really annoying. Still, I love the bomb disposal segment from this episode.

This episode could have been great ifit weren't for this crazy guy and his never ending speech.
