Terry puts on OSB sheathing onto the demonstration wall. For the sake of air sealing, Terry takes a precautionary measure of spray foaming the surfaces of the wall studs, and subsequently, the sheathing is applied over it where the foam acts almost as an adhesive. If the plywood or OSB wall is applied over the foam while it is wet, all the gaps and spaces are filled right away. Finally, OSB stands of oriented strand board which is essentially recycled pieces of wood scrap amalgamated to form a board.
