The Irish government is setting up a new National Asset Management Agency [NAMA] to take 'impaired' loans off the Irish Banks so that they can be saved from potential implosion. Many people in Ireland are concerned that NAMA will leave the Irish taxpayers burdened with billions of debt for generations.
