  • thank you Australia

  • I do hope that the Oz navy are doing more important things than saving lives.

But if you can tell me what it is, don't hesitate.

  • Fontastique you should also know that our Navy has a lot more IMPORTANT things to be doing than rescuing solo sailors who risk their lives doing an inherently dangerous thing.

There is no way our Navy would leave anybody from any nation in distress, as our Navy has proven TIME and TIME AGAIN with these silly around-the-world races.

But you think that its fair that Australian taxpayers pay for these rescues just because of where they're located. France should stand up and help cover the cost.

  • there are international rules about sea rescue.

If you don't like it , asshole , leave Australia to zimbabwe or tibet , you won't pay any tax for that.

  • wow, "fivecougarsoz" despite the fact that your comment is one of the most selfish thing I have ever heard, I think you should know that the Australian navy (or any other navy) spends just as much to take their boats on training missions to actually prepare for these types of situations.

You are a pathetic human being.

Merci, les gars de la Marine Australienne.

    a charge de revanche.

  • You're right, I suggest that next time we let him die on his boat for a simple question of money.

  • You're right. I suugest that next time we'll let him die in his boat.

  • I'm an Australian and a tax-payer, so it's kinda interesting to know that some of my money was spent on rescuing this guy
