坐禅（座禅） Zazen

曹洞宗安泰寺で得度した者です。

シンプルな坐禅の映像がないので、撮影してみました。

I'm monk from Antaiji in japan.

I was try to make simple zazen movie because I couldn't find out on the you tube.

@emborios not necessarily. the meaning changes depending on the upper radical. the pronunciation is both "za-zen" but the meaning and thus the actual practice shifts. if you can read chinese/japanese characters. you will understand what im talking about.

Mainly (in the soto-shu) because it is supposed to be without a goal... though in the west that is often forgotten.
