This is a SeriesII CNC Spinning Console designed to "clip" onto almost any manual spinning lathe to automate the process. It's a robust design, with a small footprint, & carries eight adjustable, on-board rollers in a rotating turret allowing quick, accurate tool changes for rapid laydown, corner setting, burnishing, etc. It is easily programmed by disk, the operator console, or the Jog-To-G-code pendant via MPG dials. The pendant controls allow a "teach" program to be generated in minutes, making short run set-ups a breeze.
The Series II 24X Model spins up to 24" diameter parts with a draw depth up to 24". It is designed to be easily mated (clipped) to a wide variety of existing lathes, making it easier for shops of any size to take advantage of modern production techniques. Automated machinery creates identical parts while increasing production numbers. Quality control becomes easier, and "repetitive motion fatigue" (common for manual spinners), is all but eliminated.
Let us help with your next automation project, we love this stuff!
