@bownkirk The weapons suck in the beginning, but getting the 4x zoom and the foregrip will remedy that. The armor is the same for all factions and if you think it sucks then you suck. There's also the free interdiction dlc which you should download immediately that adds new armor.

@zoubeir40 He asked about just MAG and MW2, not Battlefield. If he had asked about Battlefield, I would have suggested Battlefield instead since it has more CONCENTRATED action (more people actually go for the objective). Since I myself am a Counterstrike fan and because MAG feels so similar I still play it more often than Battlefield. But honestly you shouldn't just take the word of one guy over millions of other people's opinions on which games are good and enjoyable.

I have both. I prefer MAG over MW2 for a couple of reasons. One, vehicles such as jeeps and APC's. Two, the smooth gameplay and non-existent lag. Three, balanced weaponry and options. And finally, my fourth (and favorite reason) no grenade launcher hoggers and annoying dual- wielding shotgunners. You try to whore the grenade launcher and you'll be swiss cheesed by about 16 enemy players.
Again, the one you choose is up to you. MW2 if you like Rambo style gameplay. MAG if you like tactical.

add me jammygoatman i got to 32 on valor but all my friends when they got MAG played as S.V.E.R and i quit valor and joined S.V.E.R
