Pioneer Hi-Bred Helps Farmers Increase Higher Quality Crop Yields

Africa's agricultural sector has the potential to produce enough food to help end Malawi's hunger and address global hunger as well. But Malawian farmers first need a drought-resistant, highly nutritional seed that would produce higher crop yields in difficult farm areas. This documentary takes us through the experience of Zeka Twoboy, a Malawian farmer. DuPont developed a hybrid seed that will work well in the local environment. Together with dedicated third-party distributors, DuPont is bringing Pioneer hybrid seed technology to local farmers, resulting in more nutritious and higher crop yields and improved quality of life.
