@Stover36 but there where informations about a boss battle between gordon freeman and an advisor and you only got your crowbar (like you say most of them)

@HombreHonest Valve's Games don't usually have bosses. (Or they aren't like in most games) This theme plays at a final battle; against multiple opponents. Of course you can call it a boss theme, since it is the last thing you fight in this game.

Is it weird that I consider this a boss theme? I haven't played this game yet (I plan to, cause I want to play the games chronologically) but seeing as how this plays during a fight with the striders, I can just imagine this being a boss theme. It's just my opinion of course.
