@halfrek That's exactly right MrAwesomeMatty. It is also used as a both a one time healing (depending on the oil used and the complaint) and as regular yearly maintenance for regular folks who don't practice martial arts or yoga. Best, A.

@MrAwesomeMatty they use it when training martial arts practioners...it help increase stability, reduce pain, and make the tendons and joints more fluid and less prone to injury...not for everyone...
