@Soulbrotha09 Floyd The Locsmif is a dope and underrated producer hailing from ATL. He released this project "Outskirts: The Unofficial Lost OutKast Remixes" and also produced for some heavy hitters yet somehow is still under the radar. In my opinion, this particular beat is better than the original and the original is easily in my top 10 all time instrumentals category. Support and look for his music via itunes or bandcamp cuz he's good people and a talented artist.
