oh ok first of all i use to live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. i have skated and biked the downtown area. i have been told by the police i couldnt do that cuz it wasnt allowed but here is the kicker NO SIGNS were ever posted that i couldnt. It is wrong for police to do this to people who want to have their fun and they get a nice day until a cop does that shit

Maybe the cop was in the right to arrest the first kid. I don't know what he did.

BUT I find it curious that the cop started on this tangent after the kid in the white shirt told the cop that he has a picture of the cop choking his friend & then simply started walking away (lawfully) & then the cop started chasing him. So obviously the cop new he was doing something wrong, even the other officer was looking at him like he was over reacting.
