Deflection Test SetUp for Black Spider Goalkeeper Gloves

The most dramatic area of performance for the Black Spider goalkeeper gloves is in deflection. In this video, you will see the Test Setup for what we call Point Blank Testing. This is how we precisely test the Deflection Performance of Black Spider against other non-webbed models.

This video shows President Craig straddling the Side Kick shot cannon while lying on his back, taking shots directly out of the mouth of the cannon. You will see and hear how this test was developed in real time.

As you will appreciate, it is not possible to clearly see deflection performance differences at real-time speed. Therefore, a second video presents the impact moments in freeze frames taken from this real-time video in original sequence, with narration.

The finger strength and grip demonstrated in deflection also increases the ability of Black Spider to hold onto balls more securely, parry with greater control, and throw further with more accuracy. These functions are difficult to demonstrate objectively via video, but are very apparent when worn and used.
