This is video shot at Mount Washington Observatory, NH on 09-02-08. We had some interesting clouds from a low south of Nova Scotia.

  • Typically when is the first snowfall of consequence on the summit? I would guess September?

  • Although we receive some amount of snowfall in every month of the year, October is when we usually start getting significant amounts. September averages 2 inches where as October averages nearly 14 inches.
